Dr. Dwain Robertson is a fellowship trained sports medicine physician and physiatrist with extensive sports sideline and clinical experience. During his sports medicine fellowship, he provided sideline coverage for a variety of Division I sporting events at Texas Christian University (TCU) while also serving as team doctor for Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Fort Worth, TX. While in practice in north Texas, he was the team doctor for the June Shelton School and Evaluation Center in Dallas and served as official team physician for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

In addition to those duties, he served on the Concussion Oversight Committee for the Frisco Independent School District in Frisco, TX, and was a member of a multidisciplinary team that provided preseason concussion baseline testing for the Dallas Cowboys in 2020. He is a credentialed ImPACT Consultant, and is licensed to interpret the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-cleared Immediate Post Concussion Assessment and Cognitive Testing (ImPACT). This is an objective neurocognitive assessment used in concert with physical examinations and targeted symptom management to provide multifaceted sport-related concussion care. Additionally, he previously served as the Academic Site Director for Sports and Physical Medicine Center at The Star in Frisco, TX and trained fourth-year physiatry resident physicians.

Dr. Robertson excels at treating an array of musculoskeletal conditions, and he offers in-office procedures including ultrasound-guided peripheral joint injections, fluoroscopic-guided low back injections, non-opioid pain medicine management, and physical and occupational therapy prescription.

Dr. Robertson's personal interests include traveling with his family, weightlifting, listening to music or sports podcasts, trying new cuisines, and volunteering at local sporting events.
